Important note for introducers

Introducer agreements must be in place and reviewed by our Compliance Officer before any referrals are activated. Any marketing materials produced about TMC are subject to compliance approval. Referral fee and commission structures comply with FCA and MCOB requirements and will be discussed and documented during onboarding.
